Regional Features: Maowen Sichuan pepper is a natural and pollutant-free green specialty produced in the Qiang ethnic villages on the high plateau of northwest Sichuan. It is a product of national geographical indication of China and is known as the "Prince of Sichuan Pepper."

Sensory Description: The skin is vibrant red, and the fruits are plump. The inner shell is yellowish-white, curled, and has a tough texture. The fruit is spherical, with a connected split from the top along the ventral surface to the base, forming two lobes. It provides a long-lasting numbing sensation without any off-flavors or peculiar tastes.

Application Directions: Used in Chinese cuisine for cooking, oil extraction, braised dishes, stewed meats, simmered preparations, and oil drizzling.
